Charming Stay in Central Madrid
Our stay exceeded expectations! The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring our needs were met, even with a late check-in. Explore nearby restaurants for authentic tapas and vibrant nightlife. Tip, Request a room on a higher floor for an even quieter experience and better views of the city!

Rooftop pool with stunning views.
My stay was marred by the rude front desk staff. They ignored my requests and made me wait, which only added to my frustration. To top it off, my room had a persistent strange odor that made it uncomfortable until I was finally moved to a different one.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel while exploring Madrid with our kids and precious dog. The rooftop terrace was amazing for relaxing after sightseeing. We even walked to the Coliseum Theatre for the musical Tina, just five minutes away.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly breakfast options.

Emperador is beautifully decorated and centrally located, making it easy for seniors to access nearby attractions. The lobby's elegant ambiance provided a warm welcome, and having a metro station right across the street was exceptionally convenient for exploration.
More assistance for seniors navigating the lobby would help.

Great spot for shopping!
We had a nice stay for 9 nights in a comfy suite. It made a diff with the extra space! The rooftop pool was cool, although it didn't open every day. Great location, tons of shops nearby. We found a nice snack bar by the pool too. Just wish the walls weren't paper thin—definitely heard our neighbors at night.
